Precision Deburring & Sanding began in 1985 deburring CNC machined aerospace parts. In the late 80s we expanded to sanding die cast parts.  Our work with die casters began with one of the largest die casters in Southern California at that time, Del Mar Die Casting. Our first project was removing parting lines, flash and heat check from mountain bike suspension fork castings. The word spread and this led to relationships with many of the die casters in So Cal.  In the mid 90s we made a decision to close our aerospace facility and focus solely on cast and molded products.
